Supplying compressed air into the pinch valve body compresses the sleeve / hose. The body's design of AKO pinch valves series VF guarantees that the sleeve can close freely to form a lip shape. As soon as the supply of compressed air is interrupted and the air pinch valve body is vented or drained, the sleeve is opened by its rebound elasticity/resilience, enabling the pressure in the medium to flow through the full passage of the air operated Pinch Valves.
