The RV/RVA series pinch valve sleeve is available in the nominal diameters of DN25 to DN500.

The unique characteristic of this pinch valve sleeve is the patented corrugations. These ensure extremely short RV/RVA pinch valve construction lengths complying with DIN 3205, ASME B16 or ISO 5752, as the corrugations help to compensate greater traction and bending forces brilliantly.

In addition to the standard pinch valve sleeve and all-round elastomer quality of natural rubber, EPDM, nitrile, butyl, neoprene, viton and silicone types are also available. The EPDM and nitrile elastomer types can also be supplied in a food-conform (FDA) quality. The RV/RVA pinch valve sleeves are made out of high quality elastomers and highly elastic fabric inlays. To enable the RV sleeve to open optimally and repeatedly, this can be fitted with opening tabs. In addition to the standard model with a nominal opening, the RV/RVA pinch valve sleeve can be manufactured with a conical opening or a two-sided conical design. As a result, the flow in certain applications can be regulated more easily. Furthermore, an early warning closing system can be offered in the form of a vulcanised control wire. This wire is used for measuring the volume resistance and if there is an interruption, it will give a visual signal.
