Pinch valves are used for emptying silo containers and blowing into silos.

The pinch valve is usually located in front of the axles in the front section, at the lowest point on the silo container, in order to ensure that the silo container is completely empty.

Materials of AKO air operated Pinch Valves VT series

The housing of the VT series air operated pinch valve DN100 is available in cast aluminium. An RAL9006 powder coated aluminium housing is available for the nominal width DN80. VT Pinch valves are very light due to the chosen material, aluminium. VT series pinch valves can even be used in confined spaces the due to their particularly compact design.
