At present AKO offers 4 different series of Air Pinch Valves with internal thread connection

The VMC series is available in nominal diameters DN10 to DN100.
The VMC series of air operated pinch valve with internal thread connection consists of a powder-coated aluminium body or alternatively an electro-polished stainless steel body, a fibre-reinforced pinch sleeve, two collar caps made either from pure POM (polyoxymethylene), electrically conductive POM or stainless steel.

The VMP series is available in nominal diameters DN10 to DN50.
The VMP series has a three-part plastic body, a fibre-reinforced pinch sleeve and two plastic coupling sleeve covers. The following plastic materials are available:

White POM (polyoxymethylene)
Black POM, weather resistant
Electrically conducting POM

The VM series is also available in nominal diameters DN10 to DN50.
The VM series consists of PVC (polyvinyl chloride).

The VF series with female thread connection is available in nominal diameters DN40 to DN100.
The VF series has a powder-coated aluminium body, a fibre-reinforced pinch sleeve, two powder-coated aluminium flanges with a female thread.

The structure of the air operated pinch valves with internal thread connection encompasses the sleeve - the essential part of every pinch valve - a body and two collar caps. The pinch sleeve is positioned in the centre of the air operated pinch valve body; both of its ends are pressed in by the collar caps, thus forming a compact unit.
