Your pinch valves are produced and assembled directly at our sites in Germany, France or England.
This ensures a high degree of quality and very fast delivery.
Our assembly team specialises in the production of all types of pinch valve, with orders ranging from a single valve all the way through to large shipments containing several thousand pieces. We maintain the same high quality standards in every order.
Complaints management –
Exploring the causes across all departments
Mistakes can happen – but we don’t sweep them under the carpet. We take complaints seriously and use the findings to optimise internal processes or find a solution with the suppliers involved.
Our in-house quality control team deals with all complaints that we receive. In doing so, we keep the customer in the loop at all times and inform them about the current status of their complaint.
A pragmatic, target-oriented and rapid processing of the complaint and rectification of the customer’s problem are of utmost importance. However, the process at AKO doesn’t stop once a solution is found for the customer. Each complaint is analysed internally and discussed with the departments involved. Findings are then used to further optimise in-house workflows and processes.
