The air operated pinch valves with flange connection are available in the nominal diameters of DN25 to DN450. They are designed with a flange complying with DIN EN 1092 (PN10/16) or ANSI B 16.5-150lbs as standard.

Structure of an Air Pinch Valve with Flange Connection
The structure (of VF and VMC series pinch valves) encompasses the sleeve, a body and two flanges. The pinch valve sleeve is positioned in the centre of the air operated pinch valve's body; both of its ends are pressed in by the flanges, thus forming a compact unit.

The VMC series is available in nominal diameters DN25 to DN150.
The VMC series of air operated pinch valve with flange connection has a powder-coated aluminium body or an electro-polished stainless steel body, a fibre-reinforced pinch sleeve and 2 electro-polished stainless steel flanges.
The VF series is available in nominal diameters DN40 to DN250.
The VF series comprises a powder-coated aluminium body and a fibre-reinforced pinch sleeve. A choice of four different flange variations allows practically unrestricted use in various industrial environments.
The RVA series is available in nominal diameters DN25 to DN450.
The RVA series has a two-part body (cast iron, aluminium or welded steel) and a fibre-reinforced pinch sleeve.
