Air operated Pinch Valves with internal thread connection
The general description of air operated pinch valves covers the operation and the benefits of air operated pinch valves with a female thread connection.
At present we offer four different series with female thread connection.
The VMP series is available in nominal diameters DN010 to DN050. The VMP series has a three-part plastic body, a fibre-reinforced pinch sleeve and two plastic coupling sleeve covers. The following plastic materials are available:
- White POM (polyoxymethylene)
- Black POM, weather resistant
- Electrically conducting POM
The VMF series is available in nominal diameters DN032 to DN050. The VMF series consists of a powder-coated aluminium body, a fibre-reinforced pinch sleeve, two powder-coated aluminium union rings and two coupling sleeves made from either clear POM (polyoxymethylene) or stainless steel.
The VM series is available in nominal diameters DN010 to DN050. The VM series consists of a body optionally of PVC (polyvinyl chloride), stainless steel or aluminium, a fibre-reinforced pinch sleeve, two union rings optionally of PVC (polyvinyl chloride), stainless steel or steel and two coupling sleeves optionally of clear POM (polyoxymethylene) or stainless steel or PVC (polyvinyl chloride).
The VF series with female thread connection is available in nominal diameters DN040 to DN100. The VF series has a powder-coated aluminium body, a fibre-reinforced pinch sleeve, two powder-coated aluminium flanges with a female thread.
